Terms and Conditions 11k — Platform Usage Guide for All Members

Welcome to the 11k platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 11k ("Platform", "us"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 11k platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 11k platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

11k is an online entertainment platform providing a wide range of game categories including Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, and Bingo. All our services operate within a framework that meets international security and fairness standards.

To register and use the 11k platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years on the date of registration.
• Is a resident or citizen located in a jurisdiction where the use of such services is lawful.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion process from any gambling platform.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.

Each individual may only register one account only on the 11k platform. Owning or controlling multiple accounts — whether directly or through another person — is a serious violation. All accounts involved will be suspended and any existing balance may be forfeited without prior notice.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. 11k reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to copies of your identification card, passport, bank statement, or proof of current address.

All financial transactions on the 11k platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and other local payment methods.

Deposit Terms:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your account within minutes.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The first withdrawal requires successful KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same or linked payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the stipulated timeframe — 11k aims to process all eligible withdrawals as quickly as possible.
• 11k reserves the right to conduct additional checks before approving large withdrawals as a measure to prevent money laundering.

11k offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-related withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• The Welcome Bonus is only available to new members who have never made a deposit at 11k before.
• 11k reserves the right to void bonuses and related wins if there is evidence of abuse, including hedge betting or the use of multiple accounts.
• Unused bonuses may expire automatically once their validity period ends.

All games available on the 11k platform operate using an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system to ensure fairness for all players. The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is displayed transparently in the relevant game information.

• The outcome of each game is determined randomly and cannot be influenced by any party, including 11k itself.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of a game before they start playing.
• Game results displayed by the 11k system are final. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours of the relevant round.
• Any technical disruption that occurs during an active game session — including connectivity issues on the player's end — is not the responsibility of 11k. Our system is designed to restore the session once the connection is re-established.

As a member of the 11k platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using an account for money laundering or any other illegal financing purposes.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in any form of misconduct toward other players or 11k staff.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Disclosing confidential information obtained through the platform to third parties.

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the 11k customer support team. Before the account closure is processed, any eligible balance will be returned to the registered payment method once all conditions have been met.

11k reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• There is evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• The player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is used for illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws.
• The player is found to not meet the age eligibility or geographical requirements.
• Request from the relevant authorities.

Players who have enrolled in the Self-Exclusion program may not open a new account at 11k during the active exclusion period. Any attempt to re-register during the self-exclusion period is a serious violation and the related account will be terminated immediately.

The 11k platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors or disruptions.

11k is not liable for:

• Losses arising from service disruptions or technical issues beyond our control.
• Losses arising from game decisions made by the player themselves.
• Data loss or damage caused by third parties or issues on the player's end.
• Losses arising from use of the platform in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 11k is governed by Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the 11k platform, you agree to how we handle your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 11k:

• Using 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all communications and transactions.
• Not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
• Storing your data on secure servers and applying appropriate security measures.
• Grants you the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.

11k reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to players through a prominent notice on the platform or via their registered email.

Continued use of the 11k platform after any amendment to the Terms takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the relevant principles of law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 11k platform shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration or the appropriate court.
